安装 WSL 本身： https://learn.microsoft.com/zh-cn/windows/wsl/install-on-server

下面以 Debian 为例，安装到任意路径。

首先下载任意发行版，并直接安装 AppxBundle 安装包，安装后设置账号密码。

下面的命令完成导出 + 卸载 + 安装到新路径

# Distro:           debian
# FileName:         D:\wsl\debian.tar
# InstallLocation:  D:\wsl\debian

wsl -l -v
wsl --shutdown
wsl --export <Distro> <FileName>
wsl --unregister <Distro>
wsl  --import <Distro> <InstallLocation> <FileName>
debian config --default-user <UserName>
# 设置默认用户为安装后设置的用户，否则为 root
# 若为 ubuntu，则对应命令为 ubuntu，其它同理

使用阿里云镜像：https://developer.aliyun.com/mirror/debian

注意使用 https 源时需要先安装证书：

apt install apt-transport-https ca-certificates
